Pedro, 12 ans, erre avec ses amis dans les rues violentes d’une banlieue ouvrière de Caracas. Quand il blesse gravement un garçon du quartier lors d’un jeu de confrontation, son père, Andrés, le force à prendre la fuite avec lui pour se cacher.
